ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION

SAIL empowers elders and people with disabilities by providing services and information to support you in making choices that will positively affect your independence and productivity in society.
Programs include:

  • Advocacy and awareness workshops (Americans with Disability Act);
  • DDRC program assists individuals with developmental disabilities and their families wishing to access services through the State of Alaska Developmental Disabilities Programs;
  • ORCA
  • Adaptive recreation opportunities for people of all ages;
  • Behavioral Health Support Group (Mondays at 5:30pm);
  • Aging and Disability Resource Center
  • transitional services;
  • Low-vision peer Support Group;
  • Employment Services and Veteran Directed care for long term services and support

    thursday - 9:00 am To 4:00 pm
    friday - 9:00 am To 4:00 pm
