We implement initiatives and strategies that will positively impact the community and support our mission to reduce stigma surrounding mental health illness and increase access to mental health resources. We are centered on collaboration, resource sharing, and strengthening partnerships to address behavioral health issues that no single organization could manage alone.
Programs/Services
- Mental Health First Aid – Training for adults on recognizing and responding to mental health crisis.
- Youth Mental Health First Aid – All sophomores are trained in mental health first aid. School staff also trained in recognizing and responding to youth mental health crises.
- Ketchikan123 – Directory of local resources.
- Digital Drugs – Providing resources and education to the community on internet safety.
- Gun Safety – free gun locks
- Stigma reduction through community outreach, media, and events such as Polar Plunge, Splash of Color Run, Digital Drugs Education, and so forth
