Community Connections’ Early Learning Program is a family-centered early intervention program for children ages birth to three who have developmental delays or are at risk for delays.
Programs/Services
- Developmental screening and evaluation: To identify strengths, needs, and eligibility for services
- Therapeutic support: Speech, physical, and occupational therapy to help with development
- Specialized instruction: Educational support tailored to the child’s needs.
- Service coordination: Assistance in connecting with other necessary services and resources
- Family support: Guidance and resources to help families support their child’s development
