Outpatient Treatment Services Program
Our Treatment Plans include one-on-one therapeutic counseling and group services with others experiencing similar struggles, or building a support network through family, kinship, and community relationships. These services allow people struggling with addiction the opportunity to receive lifesaving care while remaining in their home communities and maintaining familial connections.
