- Visitor information: provides maps, guides, and information about the Tongass National Forest
- Safety and outdoor ethics: promotes recreation practices and providing information on staying safe in the forest
- Educational resources: resources for educators, children, and the public on natural resources and forest management
- Southeast Alaska Discovery Center: visitor center that provides information and exhibits about the Tongass National Forest
